Thank you for choosing Beyond The Aisle. We are committed to the quality of our products and services, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Here is our Return & Refund Policy:

  1. Digital Products:

    • All digital products are for personal use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or used for any commercial purposes.

    • Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or any other non-product-related reasons.

  1. Physical Products (Clothing & Mugs):

    • Our clothing and mugs are made-to-order specifically for you. As a result, they are non-refundable.

    • In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 3 business days of receiving your order at hello@beyondtheaisleorg. We will address and resolve the issue promptly.

  1. Service-Based Items (Training & Workshops):

    • All purchases related to our training and workshops are final.

    • If you are unable to attend a session for which you've registered, you may join the next available session. Please note this transfer is subject to availability.

    • You have up to 6 months from the time of purchase to join an alternate session.
